SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions (these "SMS Terms") govern the text-message programs operated by Atlantic Settlement Funding, LLC ("Atlantic," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
Atlantic operates the following SMS programs through carrier-registered 10DLC campaigns:
- Funding Program: marketing and informational text messages about pre-settlement funding products and your applications.
- Structured Settlement Program: marketing and informational text messages about structured-settlement purchase products and your inquiries.
- Retainer Program: informational text messages relating to law-firm referrals and retainer signing.
- Transactional Alerts: account, application, document-request, and e-signature notifications.
The program(s) you are enrolled in depend on the form you submitted and the consent you provided.
2. How to Opt In
You can enroll by:
- Checking the SMS-consent box on a form on fundyourcase.ai, accidentcash.ai, injurycash.ai, or malpracticecash.com;
- Texting a keyword to one of our short codes or 10-digit long codes;
- Telling our representative on a phone call that you wish to receive text messages; or
- Replying YES or START to a confirmation message we send.
By opting in, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring text messages from Atlantic at the mobile number you provided, including text messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by program and your level of engagement. Generally:
- Funding and Structured Settlement Programs: up to 8 messages per month.
- Retainer Program: up to 6 messages per month.
- Transactional Alerts: as needed to deliver application status, document requests, e-signature links, and similar items.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Atlantic does not charge for sending or receiving messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for messages and data usage. Check your wireless plan for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor the words CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, as well as any other reasonable means of revoking consent. After we receive your opt-out, we will send a single confirmation message; you will then receive no further marketing messages on that program. We will process your opt-out within ten (10) days, although it may take effect sooner.
If you opt out of one program, you may continue to receive messages from other programs you have separately consented to. If you wish to stop all messages from Atlantic, reply STOP ALL or contact us at the address in Section 12.
Re-enrolling after opting out requires a new opt-in.

Auto-reply to HELP will provide our company name, customer-service phone number, and a link to these SMS Terms.
7. Supported Carriers
This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability is subject to carrier coverage and capabilities.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You may not opt in another person's number without their permission. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or transfer your mobile number.
9. Message Content
Marketing messages from Atlantic will identify the sender (e.g., "Atlantic SF") and may include opt-out reminders. Messages may contain links to our Sites or to documents. Do not click links from messages that you do not recognize.
10. Privacy
Information collected through our SMS programs is governed by our Privacy Policy. Wireless carriers transmit messages on a best-effort basis and may have access to message metadata as part of normal carrier operations.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Sites and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Where required by law or carrier rules, we will provide additional notice. Your continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
